Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • 3-5 years’ Supervisory call centre experience (essential) – in a similar environment.
  • Fleet management experience is essential
  • A high level of telephone etiquette.
  • Strong Technical Knowledge- Qualified Technician.
  • A high level of knowledge relating to the products and processes within the organisation.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • To demonstrate a sense of responsibility.
  • To demonstrate a sense of urgency.
  • To demonstrate leadership skills.
  • The desire for customer satisfaction.
  • To demonstrate cognitive and behavioural skills of problem solving, reasoning, creativity, flexibility and insight into the uniqueness of individuals.
