PROCESS EXCELLENCE MANAGER
Reports to Associate VP – Quality
 
Based in Sunninghill.
 
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Matric
  • Six Sigma Green / Black Belt certified (NOT Lean)
  • Working as part of Performance Excellence Team / Process Re-engineering team for at least 2 years
  • Previous experience:
    • In the role of AM: min 2 yrs experience – OR  
    • Manager –  min 1 yr experience
  • Successfully handled and completed Call Centre Performance Excellent project with quantified output
  • Min 5 yrs Overall BPO / Call Centre Outsourcing experience
  • Very articulate
  • Client facing
  • Business Process Outsourcing experience (2yrs +) over and above the Sigma qualification.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The incumbent will be working as the Process Excellence Manager for the Customer Service Operations
  • He/She will be responsible for strategizing with the Ops team on critical process improvement areas
  • Design plans to drive PI initiatives/KPI improvements
  • Run programs / initiatives for value adds to the operations
  • Work with the Quality and MI teams for data analysis
  • Can work as an individual contributor
